What if I don't receive the item for long time
Please be patient, usually your item is stuck in customs or your local post office only. But if don't receive
your item after 25 business days, please contact your local post office with tracking number (if any) or
request a postage proof from us.
If the item was shipped by Registered Airmail (i.e. With Tracking Number) and confirmed lost by Post
Office, we will full refund to your Paypal account.
If the item was not shipping by Registered Airmail (i.e. No Tracking Number), there is no way to check the
shipping status. Please understand that for such situation, both Post office and we will NOT be
responsible for the package lose. Therefore, please choose item with Tracking Number if you cannot bear
the risk

shipping to USA by EUB,only need 5-9 days.
shipping to other country by HK POST air mail ,need 9-15 days to most country
